What Is Testing of Hypothesis ? What is Importance of it ?

Let's say you have a hypothesis that says eating vegetables makes you healthier. To test this hypothesis, you need to collect data by observing people who eat vegetables and those who don't.

Then, you analyze the data by comparing the health of the two groups. If the people who eat vegetables are healthier than those who don't, it supports your hypothesis. If there is no difference in health between the two groups, it means your hypothesis might not be true.

Testing a hypothesis involves making a statement about what you think might be true, and then collecting and analyzing data to see if your statement is supported by evidence. It is like playing a game of "guessing" where you have to use your observations and data to find out if your guess is right or not.

In summary, testing a hypothesis is like making a guess and then collecting data to see if your guess is right or not.
